Everyday Generosity
A Movement of Every Day Generosity
It's amazing to see God's creativity, love, and generosity on full display each and every day. Our church family generously give their time, service, talents, and treasures through so many acts of worship, and we invite you to join us in our movement of everyday generosity!
Whether it be rocking out with our worship teams, donating and transporting goods to the shelters, serving with volunteer teams on the weekend, using text-to-give, or dropping some dollars into the giving bucket. Each and every act of generosity matters and helps change the lives of others. Everyone's gifts and service are acts of worship that truly bring us all closer to our Creator!

Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,
We are blessed by our community of faithful witnesses and by the ministries we share at St. Mark's. Every day our parish is living into being Christ-centered, touching lives, transforming hearts, teaching God's word.
God is working through our hands empowering, uplifting, and befriending, reaching people who felt they were forgotten. These ministries restore hope, offer an ear to listen, a hand to hold, and the patient gift of silence by simply breathing together. These ministries are playful, creative, and engaging, launching people on paths they never knew were possible. As a result, the blind receive their sight, the lame walk, the lepers are cleansed, the deaf hear, the dead are raised, the poor have good news brought to them.
Mission and ministries are the way we walk in love together. We are especially grateful for the way you walk in love with everyone at St. Mark's. Your faithful presence, witness, and generosity help to sustain our ministry and our life together. Thank you.
We invite you intentionally to sit down at your dinner table and prayerfully discern the impact that ministries at St. Mark's offer to each of us and to our community.
Consider how you might increasingly imitate Jesus Christ and give with greater intent. The vestry and other ministry leaders at St. Mark's have already committed their pledge. They have each prayerfully committed to giving so that the good works begun in our parish by our fathers, mothers, and past generations can continue to please God by serving God's people. Please follow their lead as you discern how God is calling you to give of your time, talents, and treasures.
Love God, Love neighbor, change the world!
Faithfully yours,
The Reverend Shawn Griffith, Rector
Michael Whatley, Stewardship Chair
Walter Hobbs, Senior Warden
